my best friend’s turning 15 and i have seriously no idea what to get her..
she’s really into fashion..
likes to read..but i don’t think books are good gifts for her..
very creative…
im just so clueless on what to get her..i don’t wanna end getting her a top like last year..

The best way that i think would work is to ask discretely ask her "wish-list". Discretely in the sense that you might want to course through her family relatives so it wont be too obvious. Or better yet, you might want to "fish" on what she/he likes. It’s better to give him/her a gift that she’ll/he’ll surely love

just get her a gift card to her favourite clothing shop,
