We are looking for unique ideas. How to use this gift card the best way possible and make every cent count. She has plenty of clothes, diapers, wipes, food accessories and a ton of toys. We have a couple of ideas.
1- Buy another GC at a lower price so you are actually making money off the deal to get something else.
2- Buy a savings bond that the little girl can have when she turns 18.

The US government doesn’t sell savings bonds on ebay.
I like your idea of using it to buy a giftcard for a store you will actually shop at. I am personally not a huge fan of shopping on ebay. After you pay shipping and handling most of the items are no longer a deal.
